So Weird was a widely popular television show originally broadcast from 1999-2001 on Disney Channel. It is a series of fictional stories about paranormal phenomena and family values that were inspired by stories from religion, mythology, folklore, and scientific mysteries. The stars of the show were Cara Delizia and Alexz Johnson (Instant Star), but the only members of the cast who would further be used in Disney Channel Productions were Erik von Detten, Patrick Levis, and Mackenzie Phillips excluding guest stars. It was filmed in Vancouver, Canada, but included references to places in South America, Africa, and all across the US.
