Note: Be careful, it burns very quickly. *Mousse Topping: Blend all ingredients in a blender until very creamy! *Topping Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals until well melted and smooth. You can also melt it in a double boiler. Assembly: In a serving dish, place the crumb mixture and spread it well. Then, place the mousse on top, covering all the crumb mixture.
