Ingredients 700g of cow meat 1 tea spoon of rosemary Cloves 75g of sea salt Cloves of garlic 1 tea spoon of black pepper And you can add any spice of you choice too The original recipe only uses only salt but adding the spices makes a difference and kindly toast the spices released the oil and flavor and also the meat doesn’t absorb the spices well if not toasted.
