The condominium where I live has quite strict rules. In particular, the reception and security staff stationed in the lobby keep a close eye on people coming and going and items being brought in and out. Personally, I think this contributes to a sense of safety and security, but Ghana, who doesn't understand this, got into a big fight with the reception.
