G.E.T untersucht Kurhaus Sand

From a simple shelter built in 1845 on the Black Forest High Road, one of the grand hotels in the Northern Black Forest emerged. Among its guests were Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands and Empress Elisabeth of Austria. The building, which was continually expanded, survived both World Wars, and the hotel was operated by the last tenants, Ernst and Amanda Wiedemann, until 1994. Until 2005, only private groups were accommodated. Amanda Wiedemann, who had lived in the hotel until her death, passed away in 2007. Since then, the building has fallen into disrepair, sharing the fate of other former hotel hubs along one of Germany's most famous roads. This building was recently investigated by the Ghosthunter-Explorer team with the support of their GH colleague Erik. Music: Carol of the Bells - Quincas Moreia
