But the deeper we got into the woods… the more the vibe began to shift. First, a downed tree blocked the road. Then a couple of unexpected visitors showed up at camp. Later, a forest agent pulled in asking some unusual questions. Nothing dramatic. No big confrontation. Just a feeling I couldn’t quite shake.
