Istanbul - Turkey by Drone 4k 2022

Istanbul is really one of my favorite cities to spend my holidays. Istanbul is the ancient city of Constantinople "city of Constantine" - and the most beautiful city of Turkey and certainly one of the most impressive cities in the world. Istanbul was the capital of the Ottoman Empire. The city remained powerful as it was strategically located at the Dardanelles and the Bosphorus which connected the Aegean Sea and the Mediterranean to the Black Sea. The Ottomans named the city Konstantiniyye. Finally, the Turkish Republic, which was established in 1923 by Ataturk, renamed the city of Constantinople in Istanbul. Istanbul retained many ancient artifacts from its Byzantine and Ottoman past. It has many archaeological places like the impressive Hagia Sophia, the city walls of Theodosius, The Blue Mosque, The Galata Tower and Anatolian Castle ( Anadoluhisarı ) Istanbul is also the only city in the world which is located on two continents: Europe and Asia. ⭐ Thank you for watching!
