Caso Berenice: corpo encontrado em penhasco pode ser de cozinheira desaparecida

A body was discovered on a cliff in the region between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, following a police operation. Police are investigating whether it belongs to Berenice, who has been missing for 17 days. Led by the Rapid Response Group of São José dos Campos, teams braved steep terrain and dense vegetation, using drones to locate the body, which was caught in a tree 30 meters below the road. The effort involved nine police officers from the Third BAEP and four from the Civil Police, in a two-and-a-half-hour operation near the Rio-Santos highway. The arrival of the Fire Department is awaited to remove the body using rappelling. Experts were called in to confirm the body's identity. The investigation suggests that Eliane may have had assistance in transporting the body to the location.
