Rydanova of the Volzhsky City Court announced a ruling to return the report to the person who drew it up, effectively ordering the termination of proceedings due to the lack of an administrative offense. The police officers were dissatisfied with this ruling and appealed it. We, in turn, appealed the ruling that was announced at the court hearing, but it is not in the case file...
