【品川神社】銭洗いの泉で金運アップ！都内で富士登山も！？旅がテーマの素敵なブックカフェ「KAIDO　books　＆　cafe」も

Our tour of Tokyo's Ten Shrines has finally come to an end. This time we visited Shinagawa Shrine. Founded by Minamoto no Yoritomo, it has an impeccable history, and is a must-see power spot for not only praying for safe travels but also for improving your financial luck. You can also enjoy a little climb of Mount Fuji at one of Tokyo's largest Fujizuka mounds! Who would have thought you could have such an adventure at a shrine? *We do not recommend wearing a kimono when climbing Mount Fuji in Shinagawa. This shrine is packed with fun experiences. After leaving Shinagawa Shrine, we headed to Kitashinagawa Shopping Arcade, formerly Shinagawa-juku on the old Tokaido road. We went to a lovely, eye-catching cafe, KAIDO books & cafe. Surrounded by many travel-related books, this is truly a dream-like book cafe. And there you can enjoy the best hot dogs in Japan! The "KAIDO Lunch" is a hearty plate that includes a vegetable-packed salad and soup. They're committed to making everything by hand, from the hot dogs to the bread and sausages! The chewy bread and juicy sausage were simply amazing! We also recommend the irresistibly moist and crispy "fresh scones" and the "homemade lemonade squash," made from homemade lemon syrup! The staff are cheerful and friendly, making it a comfortable place to bring children.
