Sorry for the wait! In the second part of my Shanghai trip, I enjoyed local delicacies like xiaolongbao and shengjian while also visiting places like Tianzifang and Xintiandi. First, Tianzifang is a retro, labyrinthine town with stylish shops and restaurants, making it perfect for strolling around and souvenir shopping. Xintiandi has an atmosphere similar to Omotesando or Aoyama in Tokyo, with open-air cafes, high-end brands, and commercial facilities. On a sunny day, it would be lovely to relax on a terrace. There were some construction sites, so I have a feeling this area will continue to expand… And of course, the night view of Yu Garden Bazaar was absolutely beautiful! The daytime view I saw on the first day was also charming, but the illuminated pavilions at night were truly exceptional! This is definitely worth seeing! Well, I walked so much that day, my step count was over 30,000 steps! (^^; It was fun being able to see various areas of Shanghai♪ Also, I'm truly grateful to the locals I spoke to during this trip, who were so kind and helpful even though we don't speak Chinese♡ Thank you so much!
