Chevy HHR Air Filter Replacement and MAF Clean. #chevy #hhr #ecotec

Welcome back to Mehl's Mountain Garage! Today, follow along as I change the engine air filter and clean the Mass Airflow Sensor (MAF) on my 2007 Chevy HHR LT. This particular car has a 2.2 liter Ecotec and a 5 speed manual, I'm pretty sure the automatics are the same. The HHR model years are from 2006 to 2011, and the HHR shares the GM Delta platform with the Chevrolet Cobalt, Pontiac G5, and Saturn Ion. This may be the same for those vehicles, but I can't remember. This video is mostly instructional, so I'll talk as I take it apart and you'll see it really doesn't take but a whole 20 minutes to remove and replace the parts. I did mine on the lift in work because I don't like laying on the ground, haha I am filming alone so I've done my best to keep the camera shake down. www.hhr.net is a wonderful source for HHR owners to get a whole plethora of information.
