Topai, a polynesian dish that has many different names to it through out the South Pacific. From the friendly islands of Tonga, we call it Topai. My grandma would whip up these sort of dessert every once in awhile, and the taste of the coconut milk always made me wanting more. A simple and easy dish to make. Hope you all enjoy!
