Dragon Mine Ride | Abandoned Gold & Vanadium Mine near Wickenburg
We're back in the desert southeast of Wickenburg for a ride to the old Dragon / Julia Mine. The 7 mile trail departs Castle Hot Springs Road and heads west over a variety of terrain to San Domingo Wash, and eventually on to the mine. The Dragon has numerous ruins left behind today and a rich history of gold and vanadium mining.
