COSORI Pressure Cooker REVIEW, Multi Cooker 9 in 1

I really enjoyed having a play with this great machine, its more than just a simple Pressure Cooker - it has 13, yes 13! cooking functions and customisable settings. The cooking pot has a smooth (and I mean really smooth) feel to the inside, lined in ceramic and made of aluminium so is not heavy. It has some good innovative safety features, namely the distance between the vent/seal toggle and the steam outlet is about a hands width so greatly minimises scalding (note the NInja foodi vent/seal toggle is part of the steam outlet, thereby greatly increasing the chance to be splattered by very hot water) so this improvement is a good one in my book. The lid is removable, I know!
