The Arab Hall: Past and Present | 100 Years of Leighton House Step inside one of London’s most extraordinary interiors as Leighton House presents The Arab Hall: Past and Present, a major exhibition exploring the history, artistry, and enduring legacy of the iconic Arab Hall. Created by Victorian artist Frederic Leighton following his travels across North Africa and the Middle East, the Arab Hall combines Islamic, Mediterranean, and Victorian artistic traditions. Its stunning collection of historic tiles from Damascus, Turkey, and Iran has fascinated visitors for over a century.
