Dealing with difficult buyers as an ebay seller

If you sell on eBay for any length of time you will eventually run into difficult customers and in this video I outline 3 different types of difficult buyers on ebay and how to deal with them. If you've had any experiences like this please share them in the comments because I'm always keen to know how other sellers are doing! In this video I don't go into scams, but I have several other videos about ebay scams. You can check out my eBay buyer scams video here:    • 5 eBay Buyer Scams Every eBay Seller Needs...   I categorise difficult eBay buyers into 3 different groups; Sharks, Whingers and Extortionists. These eBay buyers will send you messages and sometimes offers when they are unhappy or have an issue with your items, sometimes even when they haven't bought anything yet. The three most common issues that eBay customers have with items they buy on eBay are: 1) The price of the item 2) The condition of the item 3) The delivery of the item As an eBay seller you are likely to get messages and complaints about all three of these and in this video I explain how I handle questions, complaints and low-ball offers. I had a two separate situations this week with difficult buyers, one who was a paying customer and another who was just a persistent low-baller on an iphone I am selling. You may find this video useful if you're having issues with things like: Buyer is asking for a return Buyer claims the item is not as described Buyer is asking for a refund because the item was late Buyer says the price is too high and it's not worth what they paid If you found this video useful please leave me a like and consider subscribing for more info like this.
