Is there really a problem with the plate heat exchanger, or something that just looks like it? Ravenheat's technical service and training manager, John Wilson, explains the possibilities and how you can identify them. Please note; the temperatures in this video are only used as an example. A working plate heat exchanger should be around 70 degrees in and 50 degrees out, with a 20 degree differential.
