My goal is over 1000km! I'm trying to see how far I can receive signals using a SONY ICF-5500 SkySensor and a homemade 900mm square loop antenna. The standard formula is transmission power (kW) x 10 (km), but what do you think? This time, I'm aiming to receive all 13 Japanese commercial AM stations with an output of 50kW or more. I conducted several nighttime tests near a first-floor window in a wooden house in the plains of a regional city (12m above sea level).
