Lima - Oxapampa por Canta | Selva Central

On this route I accompanied some friends to Oxapampa at the end of April, this time we did not use the central highway, but we used the route via Canta, Huayllay, San Pedro de Cajas, Acobamba, la Merced and then we arrived to Oxapampa, we left at 6 am and arrived after 6 pm it took a little over 12 hours on the route, and it was totally worth it the landscapes along this route were incredible, upon arriving in Oxapampa we saw its square, market and surroundings, we also went to a waterfall and spring, among some other places. Oxapampa has many places to visit but it all depends on the time and budget you have, remember that near the square there are many agencies that do tours to different places.
