In November 2025, I went to El Cotillo, a small village on the northwest of Fuerteventura Island. I took a bus from Corralejo to El Cotillo. It took about 15 - 20 minutes bus trip. I alighted at the El Cotillo Bus Station. The village offers a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Visitors can visit the town centre, the port (Puerto Pesquero), Mirador Hornos de Cal, Castillo de el Toston, sculpture is Ziphius cavirostris skeletal (Zifio de cuvier), Playa de Lagos, El Cotillo Beach and Los Lagos. Los Lagos are small coves with white sands and crystal-clear waters in El Cotillo. It is a set of small beaches in the shape of a lagoon such as Playa la Concha, Playa los Charcos III.
