Evolution of WipEout Racing Games (1995 - 2017)
On the 29th September 1995, WipEout was launched on the PlayStation 1 in Europe. Today marks exactly 30 years since the birth of this series. In this video, I will go through every mainline WipEout game in the series, from the first game on PS1 in 1995, to the most recent game, WipEout Omega Collection, which released on PS4 in 2017, to see how much the series has evolved over the years. Hope you enjoy! A huge thanks to... The people at Psygnosis/Studio Liverpool for creating the WipEout series. The people at XDev for bringing HD Fury and 2048 to newer consoles, along with adding VR support. The people at AGRF for bringing back support for online functionality in Pulse, HD Fury and 2048. Please check out their website for more info and how to set it up with your consoles: https://agracingfoundation.org/ All the players who have raced online with me in the last few years.
