Viral 30-inch Team Pizza Challenge with @KatinaEatsKilos

A&Z #1066 - Professional eaters Randy Santel and Katina Eats Kilos teamed up versus Back Shop Pizza's viral 30-inch Team Pizza Challenge hosted by Back Shop Pizza located in Clinton, Iowa!! I finished up my dietetic internship on May 19th, 2022 and ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ and I knew we were leaving for Dublin, Ireland on June 7, 2022 to begin our international travel plans. Before leaving, we wanted to attempt 12 food challenges around 6 midwestern USA states. For #1 of 12, we headed to Clinton, Iowa to team up against the viral 30-inch team pizza challenge available at Back Shop Pizza. Hundreds of people contacted us, wanting us to try this challenge. We had 1 hour to feast on a 1-topping 30" pizza with a delicious 4-cheese blend and homemade sauce. We got cocky and ordered 2 toppings - grilled chicken plus 1/2 green pepper and 1/2 red pepper. We were trying to become the 4th team to win our pizza free plus sweet t-shirts, $60 in gift cards to use later, and a team photo posted on the Wall of Fame. Their newer 30-inch "Dump Truck" Team Pizza Challenge went viral in 2021 and hundreds of people messaged us, commented, and tagged us in posted related to it. We had to go try it while in the area and on the way to Davenport, Iowa where the next food challenge took place. Teams of 2 people have 1 hour to feast on a 30-inch pizza with 1 topping of their choosing. You can split the pizza into halves and even order a 2nd topping like us if you are feeling brave. There are no drinks or other sides required. Please call in advance to schedule your challenge. Winning teams earn the $60-68 pizza free, sweet t-shirts, $60 in gift cards to use later ($30 for pizza/food and $30 for the arcade), and their team photo gets posted on the Wall of Fame.
