Growing Fungi From Ziploc Bags | Mycrodex

In this episode, we welcomed a brand new species to our library, the Peach Cap! (Rhodotus palmatus) We also messed around with some mycelium grain spawn and brought them to wood substrate, which they will snack on until they are ready to fruit. Our Maitake project is progressing well, with the isolated mycelium samples having eaten all their grain. We moved them over to wood and will give fruiting them a shot. I have grown this species (Maitake) before but it's been a few years!
