Nr. 5 ▪ Einsame Inseln - traumhaftes Malaysia zu Corona-Zeiten ▪ Gangerls Tagebuch

Since we are not allowed (and anyway don't want) to be in civilization during the lockdown in Malaysia, the isolation came in handy, especially for me! I can't tell you how happy this situation makes me. Fantastic beaches all for us alone! No tourists, nobody in the water and at the dive spots only its animal inhabitants. The Corona lockdown is a real blessing for me! With over 6.000 dives I can already speak of a passion and that's why I added another one at Pulau Bidong Island. All islands around Kuala Terengganu offer an incredible underwater splendour even for the experienced diver or passionate snorkeler. But also the islands themselves have a lot to offer! I am an explorer anyway and this time my inner Robinson came through again. We explored at a completely remote island and also with the drone we saw a beautiful perspective. As the next dream destination, we arrived on Pulau Redang. A real paradise... ==================== NOTE: This video is an entertaining representation of my life on a sailing yacht, underwater and on land. It is not a documentary or an explanatory film, it shows how I live. I am mostly funny and sometimes angry, like most people. Occasionally exaggerated presentations and statements are in no way personal. SUBSCRIBE to my channel and follow me on social media, so that you can support me. FACEBOOK:   / gangerl   INSTAGRAM:   / gangerlclemens   WEBSITE: http://www.gangerl.net Hey you, look at that! I am Gangerl! Everybody calls me this, but originally, my name is Wolfgang Clemens. I was born in 1941, I’m a certified arts blacksmith and adrenaline junky. In 1975, I started to build my own 15m long and 18t heavy steel sailing yacht in my backyard and since 1988, I am out and about on the world’s oceans. Since 1993, I am a one-man sailor. On water and on land, I have been around the world 9 times kilometre-wise – without counting air miles! In the jungle, with indigenous tribes, or on mountains all around the world, I enjoy it at least as much there as I enjoy being on my ship or underwater. Most importantly, is should be a place WITHOUT tourism. I never get tired, because who rests, rusts! For this reason, I am still planning on some adventures in the next years and hope that my bones will make it. But my general practitioner confirms I can be optimistic. I am especially interested in the jungle and the highlands of Papua and Papua-New Guinea with the last existing cannibals. I have already been there once, but I really want to go there once more. I live on my sailing yacht for the majority of the time. But when I am in Germany, I live in a re-constructed and adjusted wooden shed in the Bavarian Forest. By now, I already have a whole series of presentations of my travels. These are enjoyable film presentations, which I show and comment on live in ASSOCIATIONS, SAILING and YACHT CLUBS, or BUSINESSES. Send me a message on Facebook or on my website if you would like to invite me or propose me for a PRESENTATION.
