They had a beautiful lioness cub they called Kiara. But trouble was in the pridelands. Shira was still alive, and when she saw Kiara she knew straight away tht she was Simba and Nala's daughter,she was furious, she chased Kiara into a corner, but before she could kill her Nala pounced on Shira to defend her daughter. Nala suddenly realised Shira was alive and they fought. Shira won the fight and killed Nala right in front of Kiara's eyes. Kiara tried to wake her mum, but she was dead. Simba found Kiara and Nala and instantly realised his mate had been murdered. He comforted Kiara and they both cried. Simba turned around and saw Zira standing behind him, he assumed she killed Nala and he banished her. Zira was furious that she'd been blamed for Nala's murder she sent her pride to attack Simba. Meanwhile Kiara watched horrified, and realised she had to leave her dad. So she ran away and promised herself she would one day return and avenge her parents.
