Pellet Pro Vertical Smoker Burn Off

I am on the Pellet Pro Vertical Smoker doing the burn off. Sorry for the 3.5 minutes of rough audio but POOP happens! Now I did run into a problem with the fan getting wedged from shipping but it was a very easy fix. I just took a screw driver and gave the bearing a little whack and the fan started to spin.
