Trip to Greece 2021. Coronavirus - border tests. What was the road through Bulgaria to Greece like? What were the formalities for entering Greece? At first, we encountered a very mountainous route, which was very difficult to navigate with a camper. Fortunately, we made it, but we don't recommend this route. Next, we went to a gas station. We filled up the car for 4.64 PLN/liter of diesel (after converting to Bulgarian lev), which was the cheapest fuel on our route. It was time to cross the Bulgarian-Greek border. We waited in line for about 40 minutes, only to discover that despite having valid, required COVID test results, we were subjected to additional, random tests. Fortunately, the results were negative, and we were able to continue our journey. We decided to spend the night in a wild camp by Lake Kerkini. It was long and exhausting, but we're very happy that everything worked out along the way :) We've arrived in Greece, and this is just the beginning of our adventures.
