Dumbells are a must have when it comes to training from home or in your garage gym. But there are several adjustable style dumbells on the market, including the Ironmasters, Nuobell & the Powerblocks Dumbells. I looked into all 3 and I'll tell you which is best for you and if you should invest in a pair of the Powerblock Sport EXP dumbells over the Ironmasters or Nuobells.
