Almorzamos en el Bar Cristobal, el secreto de la huerta valenciana, mas de 50 años de historia.

Today I woke up from having some kind of lunch that included a good fried fish. I spent a while thinking about it while getting dressed at home, and finally decided to go to Bar Cristobal, a bar located in La Punta, between Nazaret and Monteolivete, in the middle of the vegetable garden. Cristobal has been offering traditional cuisine for over 50 years with one of the best display cases in southern Valencia. Juani and Rosa have old-fashioned skills, cooking and serving their neighbors' sandwiches with care. It's rare to think about having lunch in La Punta, but bars like this make the trip worthwhile.
