Winter Updates from our Farm in Nepal | crazy kurrho, the fruit orchard, and our rammed earth house!

Happy Winter and New Year 2023 from our farm in Nepal! It's been a chilly, but fun, beautiful winter on our land in Panauti, Nepal. The kurrho weeds didn't take over our orchard, the fruit trees are alive and thriving, our rammed earth house is ALMOST done (thank you Rammed Earth Solutions), and we've been eating lots or suntala (oranges). Even though it's been a year here on the land, it's still really only the beginning, and we're so excited to see how things continue to grow and change.
