Ranking Every Weapon in The Finals by Skill Ceiling and Skill Floor

Welp, turns out there are a lot of weapons in the finals and ranking every one of them takes a while. Plus trying to do it from a skill floor / skill ceiling perspective made me have to create essentially three tiers lists so... Yeah. Time consuming, but fun!
