The main distinguishing feature of the new FH Aero is the front of the cab, which has been extended by 24 cm. This solution is designed to improve the truck's streamlined silhouette, reducing energy consumption and increasing range. These benefits are especially noticeable in the electric version of the FH Aero Electric, where improved free-rolling allows for more efficient energy recovery during braking or downhill driving. The Aero also offers new camera technology in place of traditional side mirrors, which, according to the company, significantly improves driver visibility. Cameras eliminate blind spots and ensure high visibility in challenging conditions: rain, darkness, direct sunlight, or tunnels. The system can automatically adapt to the trailer's shape and length, providing a panoramic view when turning. Which is pretty cool. Subaru is preparing to introduce a hybrid version of its popular Forester crossover, scheduled to debut in mid-2025. The hybrid's release was first announced at the Los Angeles Auto Show, where Subaru of America President Jeff Walters stated that the hybrid version would arrive approximately a year after the gasoline version. Subaru's official website already states that the hybrid version of the Forester will be part of the 2025 model year, with a market launch expected in June or July. If the launch date is pushed back, it would debut as a 2026 model. Nevertheless, the Forester Hybrid will be a significant milestone for the company, as it marks Subaru's return to the hybrid segment following the discontinuation of the Crosstrek Hybrid in 2023. The legendary AC Cobra, synonymous with its loud V8, is preparing for major changes. Starting in 2026, the iconic sports car will be offered with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. While details about the new engine are scarce, it is known that it will be available in two variants, the most powerful of which will produce 400 horsepower. The powertrain will be turbocharged, and the transmission will be either a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission or a 6-speed manual for traditionalists. According to AC Cars, the new engine was developed in collaboration with a leader in hybrid and gasoline technology to match the capabilities of the GT platform. Many believe it could be the popular VW EA888 turbocharged engine, used in cars like the Golf GTI and Golf R. Currently, the AC Cobra is equipped with a 5.0-liter naturally aspirated V8 from Ford, but the manufacturer is confident the new version will appeal to enthusiasts seeking efficiency and high performance. The turbocharged engine will offer a different driving experience than the brutal nature of the naturally aspirated V8. This will also reduce the final cost.
