Welcome to Fun with Boxes, Episode 357: Unboxing Even Deeper Regrets, the brand new expansion for the hit game, Deep Regrets, from designer Judson Cowan and published by Tettix Games Join me as I take a look at what you get in this wonderful looking expansion for the superb Board Game, Deep Regrets In Even Deeper Regrets, the gameplay is pretty much the same as in the original game, but there’s a cool twist: you can now start each day either inland, by the sea or at the port! Inland, you can fish from three river shoals or one loch shoal, which are both a bit riskier but also offer a better chance of catching something. Get ready to catch 74 new fish and 25 dinks! Plus, you can explore a whole new sea of fish, with 117 fresh and exciting species to find. You can mix and match these new fish with the ones from the base game or just enjoy them on their own. The choice is yours! New polyps bring a fun new mechanic: the more polyps you have in play, the more valuable each one becomes. There are also new items and equipment, including a cool new supply type: pets! Pets are loyal companions that stick by your side, providing a constant benefit. Just a heads-up, they can still be lost at sea, so don’t get too attached!
