I left the UK for Portugal my honest first year living in Portugal

After moving from the UK to Portugal over 8 years ago, I quickly realised that integrating into a new country, culture and language was one of the biggest challenges, but also one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. In this video I explain how I successfully integrated into Portuguese life, learned the Portuguese language, became part of my local Portuguese community and built a peaceful new lifestyle in central Portugal.
