After 25 years of living in exile, 17th Gyalwa Karmapa Urgyen Trinley Dorjee’s father passed away in Tibet in his 80’s without a family reunion at the final stage of life with his son. Like many refugees from Tibet to the free world, Gyalwa Karmapa could not meet his family in Tibet due to looming restrictions and risk posed by Chinese government. • Tibetan Cooperative review Conference concludes in Dharamsala.
