Wellness Routines That Work Even When You Hate Working Out

He also shares some of his best wellness hacks, including hiding broccoli in mashed potatoes to sneak in vegetables, swapping a separate breakfast for a nutrient-dense shake after his workout, and taking a brisk 15 to 20-minute walk after dinner to sleep better and digest well.
