You Won't Believe I Made 23 Resin Earrings from a Smarties Pack😮 and Sold Them All 💸 | Easy Tutorial

I turned empty Smarties packaging and other recycled materials into beautiful ocean resin earrings, and they all sold out fast! 🌊 In this step-by-step resin jewelry tutorial, I'll show you how to make beautiful DIY resin earrings at home using recycled materials and simple techniques. This easy resin craft is perfect for beginners, handmade jewelry lovers, and anyone who wants to start a small handmade business from home. 💙 Tips: You can apply a very thin layer of oil inside the plastic packaging so the resin releases more easily. Be careful not to use too much, or your resin may become cloudy. I used UV resin, but I recommend using epoxy resin for a better result. First, I pour a thin layer of resin and cure it under a UV lamp for one minute. Then I place the ocean-pattern plastic pieces on top. I pour another layer of resin and cure it again under the UV lamp. The butterfly is made from colored adhesive plastic. To make the butterfly details stand out, always use a light-colored background underneath. After curing, I sand the edges so they are smooth and comfortable to wear. Finally, I add one more layer of resin and cure it again. Attach the stud earring posts using strong glue or UV resin. It's better to lightly sand the back of the earrings before attaching the posts so they stay secure over time.
