Khasta Kachori Recipe | हलवाई जैसी खस्ता कचोरियाँ | Crispy Dal Bhari khasta Moong Dal Kachoriyan

Ingredients: For Dough: 250 gms Refined flour 2 tbsp Ghee Salt to taste a pinch of Ajwain Warm water as required 500 ml Oil or Ghee for Deep Frying For Stuffing: 100 gms Soaked Moong Dal 1tbsp Ghee 1 tsp Chopped Green Chilli 1 tsp Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds (Sounf) 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Coriander Powder Salt to taste 1 tsp Suger 1 tbsp Green Coriander Method: For dough: Add all given ingredients into flour and make a hard dough with a help of warm water Keep it aside for while .
