Salah Tizani (in Arabic صلاح تيزاني), full name Salaheddine Mohammad Ameen al Tizani (born 1927 in Tripoli, Lebanon) is a well-known Lebanese actor and comedian. He is best known for his character Abou Salim (in Arabic أبو سليم), the title character of a few long-running Lebanese comedy television series, where he portrayed the character of a funny, simple and conciliatory man trying to solve the rifts between the various characters in the series. The series were credited to "Abou Salim and his Troupe" (أبو سليم وفرقته) and included other memorable characters such as "Fehmen," played by Mahmoud Mabsout, "Asaad," played by Abdallah Homsi, "Shukri Shukrallah," played by Salah Sobh, and "Zaghloul," played by Fouad Hassan, all of whom were actors from the northern Lebanese city of Tripoli. . فرقة «أبو سليم الطبل» الكوميدية، بدأت تقدم حلقاتها التمثيلية منذ ستينات القرن الماضي، واستمرت أسبوعياً حتى اندلعت الحرب الأهلية اللبنانية عام 1975 حيث توقفت لمدة ليعود أفرادها في التسعينات، لتقديم قصصهم الاجتماعية النقدية الفكاهية، ولم تنقطع أعمالهم حتى سنوات قليلة خلت . ولد صلاح الدين محمد أمين تيزاني عام 1929 في مدينة طرابلس شمالي لبنان. بدأ أعماله الفنية على مسارح طرابلس ومدارسها بأدوار كوميدية. أنتج مسلسلات كوميدية تلفزيونية مع انطلاق تلفزيون لبنان عام 1959 وبقي يقدمها مع فرقته التي عرفت بفرقة «أبو سليم» بشكل أسبوعي دائم حتى سنة 1975 وتوقف العرض لسنوات بسبب الحرب اللبنانية. وعاد إلى متابعتها في التسعينات بشكل متطور مع إضافة الغناء إلى موضوعاته. وفي عام 2000 انتج تلفزيون دبي سلسلة جديدة بنفس الشخصيات. مثَّل في مسرحيات الأخوين الرحباني مع فيروز. .
