The Tamiya Manta Ray Build Series Step 1
Hello RC Enthusiasts and welcome to this build series of the Tamiya Manta Ray Build Series. In this series I will attempt to illustrate how this wonderful four wheel drive buggy can be built by everyone from beginner level to the seasoned RC enthusiast. The Tamiya Manta Ray (item 47367) 2028. The model features a bathtub style chassis. Front and rear differential gearboxes. Four double wishbone suspension with coil over CVA oil dampers. A shaft driven four wheel drive system. A standard Mabuchi 540 motor and matching electronic speed controller. The body is Lexan (Polycarbonate) inspired by the legendary sea creature, the Manta Ray, with a modest number of colourful decals to compliment the model.
