(Hot Off The Griddle) Meat Mixture 1 lb. ground beef (80/20) 1 lb. ground pork 1/2 cup of chopped (fully cooked) honey baked ham 2 eggs beaten 1 cup pork stuffing 1/8 cup ketchup with 1/2 tsp sriracha sauce 1 medium sweet onion finely diced 1/8 cup milk Mix well... Makes about 12 nice 1/4 lb. burgers Cook them on a griddle until done in the middle or until 165 degrees. On a grilled potato bread hamburger bun smear the cream cheese on the bottom bun. Then place the sliced tomato that has been soaked in hot olive oil and minced garlic. Then a meatloaf burger then the sugar onions and mushrooms. See recipes below! Enjoy! Cream Cheese Mixture 1/2 package cream cheese softened (4 oz.) 1/4 tsp. softened butter 1/4 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. parsley 1/4 tsp. dill Mix well... Sugar onions 1 medium sweet onion cut into thin rings Sauteed the onions in a tsp. of bacon grease 1/2 tsp. white sugar / 1/2 tsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. balsamic vinegar Cook on medium heat until soft.
