Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, more than a dessert, it's a taste experience :-) And it's also lazy-proof: just put everything in the bowl, pour the batter into the pan, create the layers, and bake. Place 150 g of sugar in the bowl, close with the lid and the measuring cup inserted (don't forget it) and blend for 10 seconds at speed 1. 10. Use a spatula to scrape the powdered sugar from the sides of the bowl and move it toward the center. Add a tablespoon of vanilla sugar (you can obviously make vanilla sugar with the Thermomix; let me know in the comments if you'd like). Add 150g of cold butter, cut into pieces. Add a medium egg; I used a Livorno egg, which has a slightly darker yolk, and this gave my shortcrust pastry a more intense color! Add 300g of type 0 flour; this is the flour I usually use. You can obviously substitute it with type 00, or with type 1 or another type of flour. Add 6g of baking powder, a pinch of salt, close with the lid and the measuring cup inserted, and crumble for 30 seconds at speed 4. I set the speed for 30 seconds at speed 4 and the result was perfect. Pour half of the mixture onto a 20 cm baking pan lined with wet and wrung-out parchment paper. Be sure to cover the entire bottom of the pan. Spread 300 g of gianduia cream or Nutella over this crumbled shortcrust pastry and spread it evenly. This is the trickiest part, because the gianduia cream is a bit firm, so you'll need a spatula, as well as a knife, to help you spread it evenly. Cover the gianduia cream with the remaining crumbled mixture. Arrange the shortcrust pastry well so that the entire surface is well covered. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (static) for 30-35 minutes. You'll know your crumble cake is ready when the surface turns golden brown. DO YOU LIKE THERMOMIX VIDEO RECIPES?
