Midday News - A victim in Chonburi province, whose motorcycle was stolen, teamed up with others to hunt down the perpetrators. They raided a hideout in a deserted area and found numerous dismantled motorcycle parts. They immediately notified the police, who arrested two suspects. One of the suspects was a former contract teacher in Bangkok. The video shows Mr. Pongsakorn Pothong, or Golf, 36, the victim of the motorcycle theft, live-streaming the discovery of his motorcycle parts and a large cache in a deserted area opposite Soi Pothisarn 8, Moo 5, Na Kluea Subdistrict, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province. He then contacted Bang Lamung Police Station for investigation. Mr. Pongsakorn stated that his motorcycle disappeared on June 18th. Before the incident, his friends noticed a group of suspicious men riding motorcycles believed to be stolen from a younger acquaintance. He and his friends followed the suspects, who attempted to flee into a deserted area. They pursued them and found several more motorcycles hidden there. They apprehended the suspects and contacted the Bang Lamung Police Station's special crime suppression unit for assistance. The location where the motorcycle parts were found was a dense forest. A makeshift shelter with no electricity was found inside. Upon inspection, clothing and personal belongings of the suspects were discovered, along with the remains of six motorcycles. Some were reduced to just frames, with the engines and other parts completely dismantled. Numerous motorcycle parts were also found nearby. Later, reporters traveled to Bang Lamung Police Station with Mr. Pongsakorn, the owner of one of the stolen motorcycles, to view the seized items. The six motorcycles were being inspected; four were still functional, having been repainted black to conceal their identity. Two others had their engines removed and were completely dismantled, leaving only the frames. The gang consisted of three individuals. Two were arrested: Mr. Kritsada, or "Gun," 36, a former contract teacher in Bang Kapi district, Bangkok, and Mr. Phanarin, or "Dew," 44. One suspect escaped during the ensuing chaos. Initially, a urine test on the suspect revealed the presence of narcotics, leading to charges of drug use. Further details regarding the motorcycle theft cannot be disclosed at this time to avoid jeopardizing the case.
