From Internship to Employment: Adijat’s WEITech Journey

Adijat joined Scribble Works, an EdTech organization, for her internship under the WEITech Understudy Program. She saw the internship as an opportunity to gain practical experience and apply the knowledge and skills she had acquired through the various modules of the WEITech program. At Scribble Works, Adijat was able to move beyond theory and experience the practical side of the EdTech industry. The internship gave her valuable exposure, strengthened her skills, and helped her better understand how technology can be used to support teaching and learning. Her hard work, commitment, and ability to apply what she had learned through WEITech earned her a place on the team. At the end of her internship, Adijat secured employment with Scribble Works and officially began her career in the EdTech industry. Today, Adijat's journey demonstrates how WEITech is not only equipping women with digital skills but also creating pathways to meaningful career opportunities in technology and innovation.
