------------------------------------------------------------------------- SUBSCRIBE / LIKE / SHARE -------------------------------------------------------------------------- #pistonbikers #italika #mechanics ------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1109 | ITALIKA WS-150 HOW TO REPAIR DAMAGED EXHAUST ROPE In this video we show you how to repair a damaged exhaust rope on an Italika WS-150 scooter, which the owner took his motorcycle to have the tire worked and it turns out that when mounting it the mechanic did not center the exhaust bolts well and ended up cross-threading them, but he tightened them anyway, the bad thing is that they brought the motorcycle to us because the rear rim moves a little and when removing the exhaust we noticed that the screw came out very forced and required attention, so in this video I show you how I solved it with some Truper brand taps and dies. We had to use the M8 * 1.25 tap to repair the crankcase ropes and an M8 * 1.25 die to repair the screw. Once fixed, it returned normally and the next mechanic or repairer would no longer have to worry about it.
