PVC dust extractor pipe how to no static dave stanton woodworking safety dust collection

in woodworking a fire caused by static electricity in our dust extractor is a fear we all have. in this video I show you how to install a cheap method to eradicate static if you are using a pvc pipe for your dust extractor. This system works well for me in my home workshop situation with air flow of around 1200 cubic feet per minute. You will be responsible for your own circumstances if you choose to use my method. I do not recommend this system for industrial situations and recommend that you employ a qualified person to advise you.
