Repairing oily, stuck aperture on Vivitar 28mm F2 MC lens (aperture disassembly).
Repairing oily, stuck aperture blades on Vivitar 28mm F2 MC Wide Angle lens. This is a lens made by Kino Precision in Japan, probably designed by Vivitar for Vivitar. This is built differently than "Kiron" branded lenses. Please see our other video on a Kiron 28mm F2.8, that is built similarly to the faster F2 version. This copy has a Canon FD mount. If you are not familiar with helicoids and how they function, I suggest you get your lens professionally repaired. EP39 Music : Wind Riders & In The Throes By : Asher Fulero
