What Not To Do As A Knife Company

in this video I go through the issues that I ran into with kunwu Knife Company when there was a small manufacturing issue that I pointed out and then tried to help them over and over and over without success they have instead made this a way bigger issue than it needed to be. and even went as far as trying to make it seem like I'm making an issue out of nothing instead of just dealing with the issue and fixing the problem. I did not want this to be this way I tried to keep it private and aside from my video I posted I continue to communicate with them I even told them I was posting it before I did in order to help them say the right thing publicly but instead they done everything the opposite of what a company should do when there is a manufacturing issue.
