This include Idle and Active strategies, different cars, different tracks, and even different modes. After testing, Forza Motorsport MOSTLY rewards car xp, driver xp, and car levels as evenly as possible as play, not matter how you play. This means that everything you do will be almost the same. The BEST method does involve using an Oval Track (Eaglerock, Homestead-Miami, or Indianapolis) on the Rivals game mode. You will be paused for inactivity every 15 minutes, so you will be required to interact with your controller periodically to avoid this. The best method is just to apply the handbrake gently every 15 minutes. For those getting a little more creative, on PC you can use a script on something like AutoHotKey, or on console, you can use a turbo controller like the Mayflash Arcade Fightstick F300 to avoid the inactivity pauses.
